Parallèlement, notre client investit dans la recherche de solutions innovantes afin de pouvoir, à terme, passer à d’autres types de combustibles ( biogaz, hydrogène vert ) et permettre la connexion à des installations de capture du CO2.

Notre client cherche un préparateur maintenance électromécanique pour le site de Seraing.

Votre rôle

En tant que préparateur, vous êtes responsable de la bonne préparation des travaux qui vous sont confiés sur les équipements et installations de notre client.

Il peut s’agir de travaux dans le cadre de la réalisation de révisions, de projets ou de dépannages sur nos unités de production (Thermiques et Hydrauliques). Il peut s’agir de petits et grands travaux dans le domaine de l’électricité, de l’électromécanique, de l’automatisation, de la pneumatique …

Vous commencez dès la réception de la mission et prenez toutes les mesures nécessaires pour la réaliser. Vous vous occupez donc des exécutants, des matériaux et de la bonne méthodologie.

Vous entretenez des contacts privilégiés avec les services d’exécutions et en particulier avec le service de maintenance ainsi qu’avec les magasiniers pour les aspects pièces de rechange.

Le préparateur apporte une contribution et une expertise essentielles à l’atteinte de nos objectifs de production : disponibilité, fiabilité et sécurisation de nos outils de production.

Votre région d’activité sera Seraing et vous rapporterez directement au au contremaître de la cellule logistique.

 

Vos responsabilités

Vous serez chargé d’organiser le planning des travaux et vous recevez vos instructions de travail du contremaître de la cellule logistique.

  • Vous faites preuve d’une attitude respectueuse de la sécurité, de l’environnement, de la cybersécurité et des aspects légaux et vous veillez à ce que la sécurité des personnes et des installations soit assurée dès la préparation du travail.
  • Vous maîtrisez le process flow de maintenance et vous l’appliquez dans vos tâches quotidiennes.
  • Vous préparez les travaux à exécuter en fonction des besoins et des plannings de révisions en tenant compte des coactivités éventuelles.
  • Vous maîtrisez SAP et Coupa : introduire le dossier, ordre de travail, articles, BOM, plan de maintenance, PREQ, PO, factures, …
  • Vous entretenez des contacts réguliers avec les fournisseurs de services et de pièces et développez votre propre réseau de contacts
  • Vous faites preuve de déontologie dans votre activité professionnelle et respectez la DOA
  • Vous réalisez les PREQ (et les PO) en relation avec les ordres de travail que vous préparez
  • Vous créez et mettez à jour les BOM et les plans de maintenances

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes en possession d’un A1 ou Bachelier en automation, électronique, électrotechnique. Ou une expérience suffisante dans le domaine de la maintenance industrielle (I&C, ELE, MEC)
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire.
  • Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes organisationnelles, relationnelles et de communication
  • Vous avez des connaissances de SAP (PM/MM) et de COUPA,  comme d’ Office (y compris MS Project)
  • Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français. Une bonne notion de l’anglais (lu, écrit et parlé).
  • Vous êtes précis, bien organisé et avez bon esprit d’équipe et ‘customer oriented’.

The role

In order to support its development, our client is looking for a Construction Manager for Life Sciences Projects and for the Belgium office (East Flanders).  The role consists in delivering projects to the satisfaction of both the company and the client.

Your duties and responsibilities

In the context of your mission, you will be responsible for:

  • Overall responsibility for construction activities on site
  • Establishing and implementation of the EHS program in cooperation with a EHS Manager
  • Ensuring installation quality is monitored during the entire construction period
  • Creation and handling of construction schedule for the project together with the Project Manager
  • Reviewing the collaboration with contractors regarding progress, work methods and risks
  • Review and report the overall construction progress to the project manager and/or client
  • Regular coordination with project management and engineering disciplines
  • Ensure that all legal and social security requirements are followed.
  • Ensure that the clients procedures are followed and that all relevant information is communicated to all personnel involved in the project(s).
  • Communicate the project schedule to the project team and ensure that the objectives are defined, achieved and understood.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers on the project, conduct regular meetings with subcontractors and suppliers, manage changes to maintain the project schedule.
  • Follow up on disputes and complaints with the customer/supplier /subcontractors in collaboration with the relevant departments (purchasing, quality) and his/her hierarchy.
  • When necessary, assume responsibility for the implementation of risk prevention at the site of operation

 

Your profile

  • You have several years of relevant work experience in a Construction Management role in projects ideally for the biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry
  • You hold strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, team player qualities
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and English
  • You have experience in a multi-cultural context appreciated
  • You have knowledge of relevant legislation and industry (cGMP, ISPE) standards
  • You are willing to coach and train a team

Notre client est un groupe côté en bourse. C’est un groupe d’infrastructures de transport d’énergie naturel basé en Belgique et actif sur le marché européen. C’est un opérateur dans le transit d’énergie naturel qui combine des activités de transport et de stockage, avec un GNL terminal dans les ports de Zeebrugge et Dunkerque.

La position

Le département Infrastructure Projets gère tous les projets d’infrastructure sur le réseau de notre client en Belgique. Il est divisé en 3 pôles : les projets Pipelines, les projets Installations et les projets GNL.

Dans le cadre de projets Pipelines, notre client est à la recherche d’un (h/f/x) : Site Coordinator qui travaillera sur l’entièreté du pays.

Vos responsabilités

  • Vous êtes responsable du suivi et de la coordination de tous types de travaux (génie civil, tuyauterie, etc.) sur le terrain sous la direction du chef de projet (modifications de tracé et ajustements de tuyauterie).
  • Vous vérifiez la qualité des travaux : plans, spécifications, méthodes d’exécution, etc.
  • Vous suivez les procédures de mise en service de nos canalisations en collaboration avec le chef de projet.
  • Vous assurez le suivi quotidien et le respect des règles de sécurité : instructions de contrôle, aspects VCA, préparation du travail, etc.
  • Vous gérez le planning lors de la réalisation des travaux : délais d’intervention, coordination avec les acteurs externes et internes, etc.
  • Vous contrôlez le budget : suivi des performances, suivi des travaux en régie et selon les contrats, etc.
  • Vous gérez les tâches administratives dans l’exécution des travaux : commandes, réception du matériel, carnets de soudure, exécution conforme à l’exécution, etc.

Votre expérience, vos compétences et vos connaissances

  • Vous êtes de préférence titulaire d’un bachelier en électromécanique ou en ingénierie de la construction ou d’une expérience équivalente ;
  • Vous avez une expérience de chantier ;
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un certificat VCA ‘Safety for Operational Managers’ et d’un certificat de travailleur d’assistance industrielle (EBHO) ;
  • Vous utilisez couramment un PC et des applications numériques pour l’enregistrement et le reporting (logiciels, cloud et applications) ;
  • Vous avez le sens de l’initiative et de bonnes capacités d’organisation ;
  • Vous êtes capable de superviser et de donner des instructions ;
  • Vous êtes le gardien du budget et du calendrier ;

Het is een energietransporteur met activiteiten op het gebied van transport en -opslag waaronder een LNG-terminal in de havens van Zeebrugge en Duinkerken.

 

De functie

Het departement Infrastructure Projects beheert alle infrastructuurprojecten op onze klant in België en bestaat uit 3 onderdelen: leiding-, installatie- en LNG-projecten.

Voor installatie onze klant is op zoek naar een (m/v/x): Site Coordinator, die zal werken over de hele Belgische regio.

 

Uw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je staat in voor de opvolging en coördinatie van allerhande werken (burgerlijke bouwkunde, piping, enz.) op het terrein onder leiding van de projectleider (wijzigingen van het tracé en aanpassingen aan leidingen)
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de werken: plannen, bestekken, uitvoeringsmethoden, enz.
  • Je staat in voor de opvolging van de procedures voor de indienststelling van onze leidingen in samenwerking met de projectleider
  • Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse opvolging en naleving van de veiligheidsregels: controle van de instructies, VCA-aspecten, werkvoorbereiding, enz.
  • Je beheert de planning bij de uitvoering van de werken: interventietermijnen, coördinatie met externe en interne actoren, enz.
  • Je controleert het budget: controle van de prestaties, opvolging van de werken in regie en volgens de contracten, enz.
  • Je beheert de administratieve taken bij de uitvoering van de werken: bestellingen, ontvangst van het materieel, lasboeken, uitvoering as-built, enz.

Uw ervaring

  • U heeft bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma in elektromechanica of bouwkunde of gelijkaardig door ervaring;
  • U heeft een eerdere werfervaring;
  • U houdt een VCA-diploma ‘Veiligheid voor Operationeel Leidinggevenden’ en een getuigschrift van nijverheidshulpverlener (EBHO);
  • U kan vlot een pc en digitale toepassingen gebruiken voor loggen en rapporteren (software, de cloud en toepassingen);
  • U heeft zin voor initiatief en goede organisatorische vaardigheden;
  • U bent goed georganiseerd en in staat om toezicht te houden en instructies te geven;
  • Je bent de bewaker van het budget en de timing;
  • U heeft een kritische geest en een probleemoplossend vermogen;

The position

The Infrastructure Projects Department manages all infrastructure projects involving our client network in Belgium. It comprises three project teams: Pipelines, Installations and LNG.

The Pipelines project team is looking for a: Site Coordinator who will coordinate sites all over the Belgian region.

 

Your responsibilities & accountabilities

  • You will work under the supervision of the project manager (pipeline route modifications and pipeline changes), you will oversee and coordinate various kinds of work (civil engineering, piping, etc.) carried out in the field;
  • You will check the quality of the work carried out (plans, specifications, working methods);
  • In collaboration with the project manager, you will check the proper monitoring of the commissioning procedure for our pipelines;
  • You will ensure safety on site and adhere to safety guidelines on a daily basis (checking instructions, SCC-related aspects, work preparations);
  • You will manage the schedule while work is under way (deadlines, coordination of internal and external stakeholders);
  • You will keep an eye on the budget (checking the work carried out, overseeing work performed on a cost-plus basis and according to the contracts in force);
  • You will deal with administrative tasks during the work (handling orders, receipt of materials, welding registers, as-built drawings);

 

Your experience, skills and knowledge

  • You by preference hold a Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics or construction or have the experience;
  • You have an initial experience in working on sites;
  • You hold a Safety for Operational Supervisors SCC diploma and a qualification as an occupational first aider;
  • You are well organized and able to supervise and instruct
  • You are the watchman for the budget and the timing
  • You are proficient to report and to log into a system (software, the cloud, apps);
  • You have a sense of initiative as well as good organizational skills;
  • You have a critical mind and problem-solving abilities;
  • You are an excellent communicator, allowing you to interact with all stakeholders;
  • You have a high sense of accuracy and quality;
  • You speak fluent French or Dutch and have an active knowledge of the other language;
  • You are flexible to travel between sites within Belgium and to stay at these sites for relatively short periods of time if needed and depending on the issue.
